The 2011 LE training plans are up!
New for this season there are three program levels;
- WHITE- for novice triathletes and members new to training. This program is very general and features only one workout most days. The intensity sessions have a greater focus on technical skill development over harder work.
- BLUE- a seasonal program for those triathletes who take a break from structured training October-December. Less volume and intensity to begin the season and building up quickly for late spring and summer. There is an Olympic / Sprint and a Half Iron/70.3 option available in BLUE.
- GREEN- a year round plan for those triathletes following a structured program year round. The season begins with more intensity and volume, then progresses at a steady rate. There is an Olympic / Sprint, a Half Iron/70.3 and Ironman Canada option available in the green program.

Also new for 2011 is a redesigned program template.
