Expect it to be much colder at the top, so hats, gloves, long sleeves / arm warmers, tights / leg warmers and shoe covers. Those unable to ride home by 8:30 pm should have lights with them.

Sunday June 13 is our next Sasamat lake open water swim, swim-bike or swim-run combo of 2010. We meet on White Pine beach, the southern beach closer to the park entrance (the one with no concession stands). The park gates open around 8 am, so please be on site and set up on the beach by 8:30. Bring your bike and running shoes if you are interested in any combo workouts.
For those unsure about open water- consider going to Kit’s pool and using your wetsuit in there to begin learning how to swim in quasi-open water
After the swim we will do our long easy run at 10:30.
