Hiya folks- The 5000 m + 3000 m timed run results are posted on the google doc. If one of your times is missing let us know and we'll fix it.
It is... interesting that some people managed to run faster in the 3000 m effort than in the previous 5000 m... One might assume that you would be fatigued after the 5000 m run and run slower after such an effort? Especially when it was supposed not supposed to be a broken 8 k with even or negative splitting.
Go have a peak for a green or red box after your splits- green for slowed down in the 3000 m effort and red for faster.
