April 26 to May 23

The next four weeks are now up under training plans (look for the link on the left menu bar). This month is getting tricky with races coming in- BMO marathon and half marathon, Sun Run, UBC triathlon and Wine Capital triathlon and then the North Shore on May 24 holiday Monday.  Make sure you contact a LETC coach for guidance if you're signed up in any of these and need some direction.
