Sunday and next Week's Workout

Sunday September 7 - 9am startThis Sunday's workout is a "come as you are" event - if you want to bring all your tri gear, Andrew will help you with a plan. If one sport will do, he can accommodate.

Wednesday September 10 **6pm start, NOT 6:30** The bike workout will start @ Camosun & 41st for one last TT.  Optional 10-15min run afterwards.

Thursday September 11 - 6:30 Start Run @ Point Grey track
