March 29-30 Saturday March 29 we have a long easy ride scheduled starting from Cuppa Joe on 4th and Alma at 9 am. Please remember to dress warmly AND install your fenders! No fenders, no group ride. Just like no helmet, no LETC rides at all!
Sunday March 30 we're back in the Lord Byng pool at 9 am for technique work. At 10:30 its long easy group run time.
REMEMBER: proper hydration and nutrition in your long easy workouts is essential for you to benefit the most from the workouts. More important, proper hydration and nutrition in a long workout allow you to recover faster and get higher quality workouts in the days after your long easy workouts.
