Thursday run workout
This Thursday we're doing a combo workout on the track up at the Point Gray high school. So bring your trainer to the run on Thursday!
We're now moving into triathlon specific training (especially for those of you entered in Worlds this June!) so your ability to run fast after biking is increasingly important...
As a heads up...
- March 20: 5 km run time trial
- March 22: 2 km run - 10 km bike - 3 km run duathlon time trial
In early April we'll be doing some testing to help you identify your race pace for 5-10 km distance events. This will help you train accordingly in club workouts where "pace" is the effort level we're asking for!
