In the next few days your LETC coaches will be posting our swimming, biking and running technical tips to help you improve your skills in each of the three sports.

As a quick reminder until then;

  1. Core strength, posture and stability are essential in all three before you can apply any sort of power to go faster.
  2. Propulsive forces need to be directed so as to move your core in the direction you want to go, with minimal excess movement.
  3. Any higher skills (starts, corners/turns, accelerations, etc.) all need core strength/posture and propulsion.
