In the next few days your LETC coaches will be posting our swimming, biking and running technical tips to help you improve your skills in each of the three sports.
As a quick reminder until then;
- Core strength, posture and stability are essential in all three before you can apply any sort of power to go faster.
- Propulsive forces need to be directed so as to move your core in the direction you want to go, with minimal excess movement.
- Any higher skills (starts, corners/turns, accelerations, etc.) all need core strength/posture and propulsion.
