Oliver Half-Ironman: broiled

Congrats to all the LETC members who braved the sweltering heat of Oliver for the half iron this past weekend.

Temperatures were reported to be 37 C and above! More than one athlete suffered from heat exhaustion and dehydration. Do IV fluids come in different flavours Amy?

More to come as the reports come in. Check out Alison, Amy & Brian and Joanne's weblogs for their personal race reports.
