Wednesday’s bike workout starts at SW Marine Dr and Camoson. Yes, you guessed it: another Time Trial followed by a short Run.
Long course athletes are recommended to do 2 loops (32k) while the short course specialists complete one.
Bring your runners as there will be a 1-3km jaunt brick-style.
Thursday's run will be starting from Pt Grey track on 37th and W. Blvd in Kerrrisdale. It will be a 3 or 5k Time Trial depending on your discipline.
