Well, not quite the nail biting dash to the line you were expecting, but the LETC coaches’ race-off saw Andrew’s corner collect their winning at 10-9 odds, while Alan’s corner saw a 100-1 cash cow get hauled off to the glue factory.

If only the run had been 1 km things would have been different, or the swim 1500 m…

Leading Edge Production had a great day for the race and around 260 individual entries in the 600 m swim, 20 km bike and 5 km run.

LETC had a number of volunteers on the course; Benny as transition shark, Alison and Bronwyn on the bike course, Erin and Steve as pool coordinators, Alana in medical, Andrew the DJ (once he finished), Alan, Stan and Mike setting up tents, Deb and Milly (soon to join) at registration.
