Below is the overview of the general 2015 LE schedule. Venue and workout updates are announced to the membership through Training Peaks and Facebook group.

Coached Sessions


January -May (Indoor)

Sunday 8:30-10:00 am Lord Byng pool.

June (Outdoor)

Sunday Time TBD Kits Pool

July – September (Open Water)

Time TBD at various locations (including Kits Beach, Jericho, Sasamat Lake)


January – April (Indoor)

Tuesday 6:30-7:30 pm The Academy Studio*
Thursday 6:30-7:30 pm Speed Theory*

*members will have choice between one of the two sessions per week

May – September (Outdoor)

Wednesday 6:30-8:00 pm at various locations


January – April

Wednesday 6:30-8:00 pm at various locations (including Point Grey Track, Kits Community Centre, Jericho Park East)

May – September

Thursday 6:30-8:00 pm at various locations (including Point Grey Track, Kits Community Centre, Jericho Park East)

Uncoached Sessions

Long Bike

Saturday from Bean Around the World on Cornwall near Walnut. Start time varies by season – check the blog for related news in “LE this week“!

Long Run

Sunday 10:30am (after swim) from swim location.

Additional Workout Options



Through our partnership with Vancouver Endurance Club, members are invited to join VEC for their indoor pool swims during the week. See the VEC website for details on when these sessions take place. A 10-pass for these sessions are available through our registration page.

Open Water

Through our partnership with Sea Hiker, members are invited to join Sea Hiker open water clinics throughout the year. See the Sea Hike website for more information on these clinics.


LE members are encouraged to participate in indoor spin classes held at Speed Theory. See their websites for contact information and information about classes.
